Audited Business Valuation
This is for businesses from £100k to £3m turnover. It includes a c.20 page report audited by a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. You will receive a digital version and up to two amendments, with three quality, printed, hard copy versions sent to one UK address.
The Gold Report costs £1,500 (plus VAT) this includes a detailed valuation report.
Audited Business Valuation
This is for businesses from £3m to £5m turnover. It includes a c.22 page report audited by a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. You will receive a digital version and up to three amendments, with four quality, printed, hard copy versions sent to up to four UK address.
The Diamond Report costs £2,000 (plus VAT) this includes a detailed valuation report.
Audited business Valuation
This is for businesses with turnover between £5m and £10m, or businesses with subsidiaries, overseas associated companies or complex structures. It includes a c.25 page report audited by a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. You will receive a digital version and up to three amendments, with four quality, printed, hard copy versions sent to up to four UK address.
The Platinum Report costs £3,000 (plus VAT) this includes a detailed valuation report.
Large or complex businesses - BESPOKE SERVICE
This is a valuation report for businesses with turnover in excess of £10m or businesses with multiple subsidiaries or complex ownership structures. It includes a bespoke report audited by a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. You will receive a digital version and up to five amendments, with five quality, printed, hard copy versions sent to up to five UK address.
The Large or Complex Business Report price is available on request.
Insolvent businesses
If you or your client's business requires a valuation and report for insolvency, we will discuss the business and the circumstances with you and provide you with a bespoke price based on the complexity and scale of the business and which assets are available for valuation.
Annual Review and Update
Once you have had a valuation report, subsequent annual reviews and updates are at this reduced rate. The review comes without all of the supporting information of how the valuation was assessed and what aspects have created the value.
We can provide you with a valuation only service which has not been independently audited by Chartered Accountants.
